New Patients: Scheduling Process

This is a brief call to make sure we're a good fit for each other. We'll discuss what you're looking for, answer any initial questions, and walk you through what to expect in care.
Please note: Intakes cannot be scheduled without this phone consult.
- 02Step 2: Schedule Your Intake AppointmentsTwo 50 minute sessions one week apart
These initial evaluations includes a comprehensive review of your mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Intakes are available in-person or via telehealth.
- 03Step 3: Follow-Up Appointments25, 50, or 90 minutesYour follow-up frequency and visit length will be based on your needs and preferences.
- Integrative medication management: 25 minutes
- Psychotherapy +/- medication management: 50 minutes
- Extended psychotherapy +/- medication management: 90 minutes
Current Patients: Portal
We use ChARM, a web-based electronic health record (EHR/EMR), as the primary means of contact between patient and provider.
- You can use it to:
- securely ask questions or communicate about your treatment plan.
- see your prescribed medicines, lab results, chart notes, invoices, etc.
- schedule appointments and request refills.
You can create an account on ChARM after scheduling your phone consultation. If you need an invitation to make a portal account and you have not received one within 2 days of your appointment, please contact us to request your invitation.
