Our Services
At Reverie Mental Health, our services are designed to address the diverse and nuanced mental health challenges that can be part of the human experience.
How We Can Help
At Reverie Mental Health, we offer psychiatric care that blends clinical expertise with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your humanity.
Psychiatry for Women
Specialized mental health care for individuals with a uterus—especially those trying to conceive, experiencing infertility or loss, pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding.
MacKenzie has advanced training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and works especially well with patients who are cautious about medications or prefer alternative treatments.
Integrative Psychiatry
Holistic mental health care that considers your whole system—not just your symptoms.
- Prescription medications
- Natural remedies: herbs, nutraceuticals, supplements
- Lifestyle interventions: sleep, nutrition, movement
- Expanded lab testing and pharmacogenomic (gene) testing
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
“Understanding your past to make sense of your present.”
50 minute sessions for therapy (and medication management as needed).
Psychodynamic psychotherapy helps you explore how your early experiences and relationships shape your current struggles. Therapy is dynamic, and building a strong therapeutic connection is at the core of this work.
Diagnostic Evaluation & Consultation
One-time psychiatric evaluations for diagnostic clarity and treatment planning. This includes a written report you can share with your care team if needed. ADHD evaluations are offered on a case-by-case basis and have a separate fee structure—please inquire at admin@reveriemh.com.

How You Know You're In The Right Place
Many of the patients we work with are:
- Parents in the thick of it—trying to conceive, navigating postpartum, or raising young kids
- Professionals feeling lost in their career, relationships, or sense of self
- Individuals who are high-functioning on the outside, but overwhelmed inside
- People asking big questions about identity, purpose, and meaning
Much of our work involves helping you gain more insight into your own way of being so you can make small, meaningful shifts that bring your life into better alignment.
I walked in and immediately felt like you cared about me and what I was going through, not that I was just another person you had to see. You understood me and never judged me.

What You Can Expect
- Enough Time to be Comprehensive
Initial evaluations typically take 2 sessions and result in a detailed, personalized care plan. From there, you get to choose how much time you want in session - 25, 50, or 90 minutes.
- Researched and Balanced Interventions
We blend science-backed pharmaceutical and integrative treatments. Every recommendation is made based on research and your unique goals in mind. If we order labs or gene testing, it's because it serves your care—not because it's trendy.
- Empathic, Connected Support
The therapeutic relationship matters. MacKenzie brings empathy, curiosity, and attunement to each session. Whether we're talking about intrusive thoughts or existential dread, you'll be met with warmth and safety.
